• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
  PLEASE NOTE: Due to the rising cost of international shipping, ANY shipments that are returned to me due to erroneous or missing shipping information on the part of the seller will not be refunded the shipping cost portion of the order. This means make sure that your shipping information is listed correctly before you place your order. I cannot be held responsible for lost or missing international shipments, and if the shipment is not returned to me by the post office after it has been shipped out, I cannot offer a refund.

  We ship International Orders via USPS and in most cases tracking is ineffective, so ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL***
  Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import fees or taxes, so please check to see if you will be charged for this before ordering.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually pack and ship orders at least once a week, if not more frequently. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I cannot offer refunds for items still listed as "in transit" according to USPS tracking info.
  If a preorder is placed for a product not yet in-stock, it will be shipped as soon as the items are received from the manufacturer, along with any other items ordered with that product.

• What upcoming conventions will you be vending your wares at?

  We like to hit the horror/pop culture/comic book convention circuit as hard as we can throughout the year, and we love selling stuff face to face and meeting all our amazing fans and customers, as well as fellow vendors! Below is a list of upcoming convention appearances :

• Who prints your t-shirts and what type of printing/brands do you use?

  I print with Twin City Tees out of Minnesota. They offer excellent print quality, and I use their discharge or soft-ink or waterbase printing services to ensure the softest prints available without any of that thick, sticky plastisol prints that you get with most cheaper shirt printing companies that make your chest all sweaty!

  I also print on fashion fit unisex shirts such as Gildan Softstyle 64000, Anvil 980 or Next Level 3600, so shirts may be a bit more snug than regular run-of-the-mill t-shirts. Please consult the sizing chart with each shirt listing for details.

• What if I have a problem with my order?

• How do I pay for my order, and is it secure?

  Our Storenvy checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. You can also pay by credit card or debit card. You do NOT need to create a Paypal account to pay.
